Description

the idea behind this concept is that these robot bodies are controlled by vat grown genetically human brains and nerves, given stimulants for faster growth and various other chemicals to lobotomize them to prevent them from going rogue or becoming self aware. occasionally, due to the growth stimulants, they regrow the destroyed/damaged parts of the brain and attempt escape for various reasons as self awareness is achieved. some attempt to interact with society, some believe themselves to be gods, the list of possible reasons goes on. even more rarely, the chemical stimulants not only restore damaged sections of the brain but also cause existing tissue to grow well beyond natural size and proportions. this causes increased intelligence and reaction speed, and if the growth goes on long enough, can give the drone psionic abilities. these drones are extremely dangerous but they tend to be short lived, as the growth of brain tissue will eventually compact the brain inside the shell, resulting in brain tissue death.

this one is armed with a 20mm autocannon loaded with HE rounds and an anti-armor/anti-infantry telescoping tungsten carbide blade heated to approximately 3000k

Nice robot. One problem though, blades can't telescope. I don't care how many times you've seen it in that Star Trek Bad Reboot or other movies, that concept just can't work.
